Notice is hereby given that overgrown weeds and vegetation on your property shall be cut within seven (7) days after publication of this notice.  Failure to comply with this notice within such date will result in weeds and vegetation being cut by a private contractor authorized by the Xenia Township Trustees and all costs incurred by Xenia Township will be assessed against the property as a lien in accordance with Xenia Township Resolution 2024-101.  This is a continuing notice and failure to keep the weeds cut will result in cutting the weeds on an “as needed” basis.
